Qualifications/Requirements: 资质/要求: 1. Bachelor degree or above in mechanical engineering major; 本科以上学历,机械工程相关专业; 2. Good team player with outstanding communication skills and proactive attitude ; 杰出的沟通能力,积极主动的态度; 3. Experience in design and development of Shock absorbers or other mechanical or hydraulic devices; 有轨交或汽车行业减振器或其他机械/液压装置的设计和开发经验; 4. Railway or bus/tralor/truck application knowledge is requested like bogies knowledge; 有铁路或商用车应用方面的相关知识; 5. Familiar with 3-d modeling software for design, Solidworks is preferred. 熟悉三维建模,懂得Solidworks 优先考虑。 6. Familiar with the tools of design and related skills, such as Solidworks, and tolerance, mechanical drawing, and familiar with the mechanic and electrical knowledge. 熟练使用设计工具SOLIDWORKS ,形位公差,和机械制图; 对油压减振器产品相关设计技术理论运营熟练, 熟悉公司设计流程及设计方法。并了解机械和电气方面的知识。 7. Familiar with IATF16949 related R&D shocks. 熟悉汽车行业体系要求的关于减振器的相关研发标准。
