1Coduct training on Lean Manufacturing System or Lean tools. Conduct on line Kaizen and coach colleagues from related department to do Kaizen and solve problems. 对精益生产系统或精益工具进行培训。进行生产线上改善并指导相关部门的同事进行改善并解决问题；
2 Drive monthly Kaizen activities and following up problems encountered. 推动月度改善活动并跟踪遇到的问题；
3 Figure out operation problems and propose Kaizen suggestions. 发现运营问题并提出改善建议；
4 Implement or drive Lean activities of all departments. 执行或推动所有部门的精益活动；
5 Deliver requested Kaizen reports. 交付要求的改善报告；
6 Assists to conduct Lean promotion activities. 协助开展精益推广活动；
7 Update company Lean Manufacturing Procedure and Lean Guide Line. 更新公司精益生产程序和精益指导方针。


Requirements 要求：
- Bachelor Degree or above, major in Mechanical Engineering 本科及以上学历，机械工程专业
- At least 8 years of experience in production process improvement management in mechanical industry 8年以上机械行业生产工艺改进管理经验；
- Experience in lean practice 精益实践经验；
- Complete Lean knowledge training. 熟悉精益知识培训；
- Proficient on Industrial Engineering. 精通工业工程
- Familiar with Office software 熟练使用Office办公软件
- Good communication skills in Chinese, English is not mandatory 良好的中文沟通能力，不需要英文
