- Verify and make disposition of defective parts found at customer - Create the specifications at outgoing for each product - Co-ordinate with Engineering and Production to develop Process Management Plan for each product - Monitor and record the quality performance at outgoing. Work with MLM for internal DPPM improvement - Feedback customer a promptly, response and provide a commitment within 1 day, short and long term corrective action must be submitted within 2 and 5 working days respectively, make sure to respond customer within commitment time, customer will be noticed explained the difficulties in advance if have to delay this commitment - Properly verify and analyze on the sample and data submitted. More through review of the data packages prior to sending to customer, promptly posted at minimization or without errors - All kinds of reports to be provided to customer regularly - Any changes for documentation before notification and got authorization from customer
