岗位：工艺制造技术(ETCH/DIFF/C&C)

1.计划和执行生产线产能的提升及产品良率维持。

Plan and execute the increase in production capacity of the production line and maintain a good yield rate of product.

2.领导并协助项目的推进、新工艺的开发和生产相关的KPI的持续改善；

Lead and assist in projects promotion and new processes development,improve the KPI related to production continuously;

3.负责新设备和材料的评估，测试

Responsible for evaluating new equipment and materials, testing.

4.改进工艺和引进新的工艺步骤。建立设备工艺菜单，规范工艺流程，制定标准操作文本。

Improve process and introduce new process steps.Set up the device process menu, standardize the process flow, and set up standard operating text. 

5.同设备工程师合作和解决设备的工艺问题，维护设备完好性。

Co-operate with the equipment engineer and solve the technical problems of the equipment, maintain the installation completeness of equipment.

其它要求：

1.本科硕士学历，微电子、物理、化学、材料、光学、半导体技术等相关理工科专业； 

Bachelor's degree in related science and engineering, such as microelectronics, physics, chemistry, materials, optics, semiconductor technology; 

2.在8寸，12寸等工厂有0-5年左右工作经验 

Experience working in factories such as 8 inches and 12 inches for about 0 to 5 years 

3.有以下PE经验优先：ETCH/ DIFF/ C&C

PE Experience Priorities: ETCH/ DIFF/ C&C

4.能接受无尘室和办公室工作环境

Acceptable Dust-free Room and Office Work Environment

5.熟练使用办公软件,会韩语者优先；

Proficient in office software,Preferred to have Korean language skill

6.高度的工作责任心、良好的抗压力、人际沟通及问题解决能力，吃苦耐劳，能适应轮班工作制

High work responsibility, good stress resistance, interpersonal communication and problem-solving ability, hardworking and adaptable to shift work system.

7. 为半导体工厂问题解决及改善可进行夜班的人员（夜班：晚22:00~早7:00）
