Main Responsibility: Customer interface: 1. Conduct the failure analysis process of the customer returns (zero km and warranty) ,following the PDCA/FTA methodology and work towards customers satisfaction. 2. Assist customer on site to analyse the concerned quality issue and manage sorting/repair/others….. 3. Follow customer objectives and indicators concerning quality claim/alert or warranty 4. Follow strictly the respect of answer to customer response, present and explain the PDCA including counter measure report to the customers. 5. Quality Interface when customer audit will be done in production facility. 6. Make sure that all of PDCA communicated by the PLANT and sent to customers, are clear and logical. 7. Communicate with customers to have a mutual agreement for quality standard to avoid unclear rejects. 8. Manage product audit to meet customer requirements. 9. Manage customer PPAP approval in case of 4M change.
Qualification: 1. Experience in Quality functions of 5~8 years minimum 2. Professional audit skill 3. Strong ability to work under pressure, flexible, reliable and sense of quality. 4. Communication skills to obtain timely information from different areas and customers. 5. Chinese Language + Good command of the English language are mandatory.
