岗位职责：
1. Planning and implementing (HW & SW) of functional test methods in order to ensure the quality of the tested products, considering quality objectives, deadlines and economic efficiency. Cost estimation for test facilities.
FCT测试设备软硬件的规划及实施，确保测试方案能达到产品的质量要求并平衡交期及相关费用.
2. Planning and provision of functional test equipments including related programs, safety measurements and documentation as well as the approval of test equipment and capability analysis.
计划和提供FCT测试设备，包括相关程序，安全性测试和文档，以及测试设备的批准和性能分析.
3. Creation of functional test equipment requirement specification (functional and technical), technical clarification, acceptance and release, when the programming and the production of the test equipment has been carried out externally .
起草FCT测试设备的规范（功能和技术），澄清技术相关的要求，负责设备的最终验收。
4. Continuous support of functional test facilities (repair, change, maintenance, calibration, technical clarifications with suppliers and producers) after the transver to the production department.
在设备转移到生产部后，持续支持FCT测试设备相关的技术问题，包括维修，维护，校准，技术规范和测试流程的确认。
5. Administration, maintenance and archivation of Data withhin existing functional test programs.
FCT测试程序及测试设备相关文档的管理.
6. Provision and implementation of appropriate facilities to programm components.
提供适当的方法和设备对元件进行编程.
7. Training the operational staff in working with and handling the test equipment that had been provided by the test technicians.
支持产线的生产，编制相关流程文件并培训产线员工.
8.Current overview of the market on capital assest, mechanical and electrical components.
了解市场上主流的设备，机械及电子元件
9. Participation in project teams.
参与新项目，确保项目相关的测试设备的顺利实施.
10. Other tasks assigned by manager

任职要求：
1. Above 5 years PCBA functional testing experience in electronics industry.
五年以上电子行业PCBA功能测试经验.
2. Experience in functional test equipment development for new projects.
新项目功能测试设备开发经验.
3. Experience on communication with customers and other departments and coordinating project issues.
与客户和其他部门沟通经验，项目事宜协调经验.
