岗位职责范围 Job Scope

-熟练使用各种实效分析工具，分析和鉴别失效机制及其根源。

-与工艺工程师，产品工程师，研发工程师， 测试工程师及可靠性工程师紧密合作，提高公司产品的良率及可靠性。

-按照SOP和安全生产要求进行工作， 高效实现KPI。 

-向内部及外部客户提供准确而快速的分析服务， 向客户诠释FAE的报告和结果。 协助主任确保失效分析实验室高效和顺畅地运作。 

任职资格与能力

1.         Bachelor or above majoring in Science or Engineering.

2.         Good command of verbal and written both in English and Chinese, with good communication skills. 

3.         Must be self-motivated and be willing to overtime work.

 4.         Must be able to work under great pressure. 

5.         2+ years hands－on experience with following Semiconductor FA techniques is preferred; (SEM, FIB, TEM, EDX, EMMI, OBIRCH, Manual Probing, SIMS, Auger)
