Basic Qualifications:

 Bachelor's Degree and above in Engineering, Aerospace, Electronics or Computer Science field. 工程、航空航天、电子或计算机专业本科及以上学历。

Minimum 3 years’ experience in embedded software. 至少3年嵌入式软件开发经验。

C/C++ Programing Language Skill. 具备C/ C++编程能力。

Oral and written English communication skills. 良好的英语口语和书面沟通能力。

Strong interpersonal skills. 较强的人际交往能力。

The successful candidate has the ability to design and develop the independent function module and entire GUI. 具备独立功能模块及整个GUI的设计开发能力。

Experience in Avionics Real Time Operational system is prefered. 有航空电子实时操作系统经验者优先。

The domain knowledage with Surveillance System is prefered. 具备航空监控系统领域知识者优先。

Responsibilities:

Expanded knowledge level in: Product domain, Requirements, Design, Development, Test and Release software processes, tools, methods and coding best practices with primary emphasis in software design and development. 进阶知识水平：产品领域，软件需求、设计、开发、测试、交付的过程、工具、方法和实践，主要承担软件开发工作。

Process Compliance： Understand and utilize ALRAC processes, methods and tools for software development and documentation efforts. Review defect trends for ways to reduce similar defects in the future. 过程合规：理解软件开发和文档工作的流程、方法和工具。通过分析回顾缺陷趋势，寻找降低类似缺陷发生概率的过程改进方法。

Requirement Engineering： Contribute to software engineering requirements capture and analysis in area of domain expertise. 需求工程：参与专业领域的软件需求捕获和分析。

Software Design： Design, code, test, integrate, and document software of moderate complexity. Capable of building software for simulation and target hardware environments. Able to identify the root cause of moderate to complex software issues and some systems issues using appropriate debug and analysis tools. Escalates and articulates/summarizes encountered technical software issues to project leadership in a timely fashion. 软件设计：参与中等复杂度软件的设计、编码、集成、回归测试、测试和编制文档。能够编译软件，以便在仿真环境和目标硬件上执行。使用合适的调试和分析工具，识别中等或复杂软件问题和系统问题的根本原因。及时向上级反馈、解释和总结遇到的软件技术问题。

Estimate, track, own and report status relating to technical, cost and schedule performance for assigned scope of work. 评估、跟踪、承担、报告自己所承担工作的技术、成本、进度状态。
