Responsibility: Source new sales opportunities through Outbound/Cold Calling. Intensive research on accounts, lead profiling, identify key players and generate interest - Maintain and expand a database of prospects within an assigned territory - Present effective online demos to prospects - Gaining professional relationship with the prospects and timely follow-up for closure. - Generate quality leads with 100% fitment and low rejection rate. Close deals On-the-Call and onboard new clients to achieve monthly quotas. - Work vigorously to achieve an assigned Sales Target for Every Financial Month/Quarter/Year. - Be cognizant of each marketing initiative, and work toward corporate objectives Respond to RFPs and RFQs and Incented to close deals independently
Requirement: - Ability to comprehend ADP Products / Services and communicate our value proposition - Strong Internet research skills required - Proven Inside Sales Experience with strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day - Understanding of the sales cycle, with the ability to close deals - Excellent Objection Handling and Negotiation skills is an added plus - Possess strong presentation skills, verbal and written communication, listening and interpersonal skills - Must be adaptable, professional, courteous and motivated, and must work well individually or as a member of a team - Highly organized and attentive to detail and self-motivated with a desire to succeed - Self-starter with solid follow-through and multi-tasking capabilities - Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and challenging workload - Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
