Position Summary: Work to grow label business in pointed territory. Meet and/or exceed approved territory sales goal. Establish and work with end users and distributors if any. Develop new accounts and grow the business at existing account. Develop assigned target accounts into customers. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Customer relationship(OEM/ODMs) building and maintenance. 2. Focus on spec-in activities and follow through with the customers. 3. Customer projects management. 4. Key accounts management. 5. Work closely with China/global sales/marketing/sourcing/operation/engineering/CS team for winning business opportunities. 6. Be able to plan the sales strategy for responsible accounts. Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Education At least university graduated, engineering background would be preferable. Qualifications 1. 4 years working experiences in sales. 2. Success in handling customers’ requirements. 3. Good relationship with ODM/OEMs. 4. Good strategic accounts management skills. Competence 1. Middle level in English speaking, writing, reading and listening. 2. Understand how to integrate internal resource to meet customer needs. Attitude 1. Be able to work under high pressure and also work hard, like challenge, proactive and initiative. 2. Mobility in handling work, customer visit. 3. Be able to work independently. Desired Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: 1. Good at new business development. 2. Strategic thinking for key account management. 3. Strong skills in drive spec-in and coordinating with other functions. 4. Understand the OEM/MRO business model. 5. Good at customer relationship building.
