Process that proceeds from concept to production to operation.
Responsible for departmental operations planning/execution or is focused on execution of professional activities within a technical discipline. Functions with some autonomy but guided by established policies or review of end results.
The job allows modification of procedures and practices covering work as long as the end results meet standards of acceptability (quality, volume, timeliness etc.).

Key responsibilities/essential functions include:
? Responsible for ultrasound system level design activities, include hardware and software architecture, image quality.
? Responsible for ultrasound system safety & reliability, regulatory, and technical risk management
? Responsible for system ICV (product material cost control), VCP (cost down) activities for key product.
? Design for service & manufactory, quality potential local supplier to meet GE quality requirement.
? Responsible for AI/5G medical solution that continuously improve workflow/diagnosis and customer experience.
? VOC (Voice of customer), translate customer voice into product/program input and execute to meet customer’s requirement.
? Responsible for system clinical evaluation with internal/external customers and quick response to improve based on evaluation results.
? Localize global women’s health and surgical ultrasound products to China, collect China customer needs and drive/engaged in activities in terms of China innovation.
? Responsible for ultrasound acoustic field and beam profile analysis, acoustic algorithm simulation, and acoustic power output control to meet IEC/FDA requirements
? Responsible for scan sequence and signal processing algorithm simulation and design.
? Responsible for new algorithms design for new features and new applications.
? Responsible for system debug with HW/SW team to improve system noise and performance.

Required Qualifications:
? Master’s degree with 5 years or above experience, PhD degree with 3 years or above experience.
? Major in software, computer science, acoustic/physics, signal/image processing or related areas.
? Familiar with hardware noise analysis and signal processing.
? Ultrasound technology background.
? Experience in object-oriented design methodology
? Experience in programming with Matlab, C++, STL, Multi-Threads
? Experience in programming with Windows System
? Familiar with Python
? Familiar with the inference engine
? Understand the current mainstream vision algorithm models of deep learning
? Under the Algorithm process
? Familiar with various models and conversions between (TensorFlow, PyTorch, TensorRT, Caffe)
? Good written and spoken English.
? Open minded, willing to share, strong ownership and teamwork.

Preferred Qualifications:
? Knowledge of clinical ultrasound and competitor products.
? Implementation capability/experience of ultrasonic algorithm or features.
