Main Responsibilities / Tasks: 主要职责/任务: 1. Transferring of customers’ order to internal order, assurance of in-phase production plan and product delivery; 把客户订单转为内部订单,确保生产计划和产品交货同步; 2. Effective management and promotion of sales data and customers’ orders; 销售数据和客户订单有效管理; 3. Sales data collection and monthly reporting; 销售数据收集,月度报表; 4. Tracking of payment from customers to ensure acceptable DSO; 客户的付款追踪; 5. Collection of customers’ complaint, customers’ claim and customers’ satisfaction statistic from CS side; 收集客户的投诉,要求和满意度统计; 6. Collection and archives of sales documents (customers’ drawings/requirements/orders and internal orders, etc.); 收集销售文件(客户需求,订单); 7. Inventory control and management; 寄售库存管理; 8. Comply with ESH policy and procedure, implement ESH responsibilities,carry out ESH activities, keep all operations in line with ESH requirements and deliver ESH performance; 遵守ESH政策,履行ESH职责,开展ESH各项活动,确保工作符合ESH要求,达成ESH绩效; 9. Other works assigned by the supervisor. 主管指定的其他工作。
Qualifications/Requirements: 资质/要求: 1. University graduate in mechanical or engine engineering and/or business management/English; 本科以上学历,机械工程、工商管理、英语等专业; 2. The ideal candidate has made this experience already in the automotive component supply environment for brake systems products; 有刹车系统产品行业的工作经验优先; 3. The successful candidate will display personal integrity and assertiveness and will possess the following characteristics; 为人正直,自信; 4. Excellent interpersonal skills, good communicator, moderator and facilitator; 人际关系良好; 5. Good technical knowledge / technical understanding; 有机械方面的知识; 6. Be familiar with SAP; 熟悉SAP系统优先; 7. Be good at Excel and other office software. 精通EXCEL者优先。
