1. Be responsible for each new project as a project leader. Consult and meet the customer technical requirements. 作为项目负责人负责新项目,沟通并满足客户技术要求。 2. Manage the customer’s order and confirm specific information to issue the sales order confirmation to customer. 负责日常客户订单和销售的确认,完成销售目标。 3. Follow up on the order, communicate necessary technical information with customers to ensure customer/ colleagues satisfaction. 跟进订单,与客户沟通必要的技术信息,同时获得满意的信息,保证订单、项目顺利进行。 4. Support external sales for new projects, quotation and internal communication. 支持新项目的对外销售、报价和内部沟通。 5. Call existing and potential customers to establish new business as well as maintaining relationships with existing customers to ensure meeting sales target. 电话联系现有和潜在客户建立新业务,并与现有客户保持良好的关系,以确保达到销售目标。 6. Prepare and follow up the quotation process. Maintain SAP data for new and running projects. 准备并跟进报价流程; 维护新项目和正在运行项目的SAP数据。 7. Conduct kick off and release meetings for new tool projects according the fixed procedure. 按照既定程序召开新模具项目启动和释放会议。 8. Conduct frequently webinars, covering customer caring, presentations, technical consulting. 经常组织网络研讨会,包括客户关怀、演示、技术咨询等。 9. Follow up and handle customer’s complaints. Provide necessary information to cooperating departments. 跟进并处理客户投诉,向合作部门提供必要的信息。 10. Timely follow-up with customers on accounts receivable to protect company’s interest. 及时催收应收账款。 11. Collect and communicate market intelligence and competitor movements to the company for better decision making.收集并向公司传达市场情报和竞争对手动 向,以便更好地做出决策。 12. Provide meeting-, visit- & weekly reports about the sales activities on time. 准时提供销售相关活动的会议、拜访及每周的工作报告
任职要求: 1.Mechanical background 机械背景 2.At least 5 years working experience, technical background.5年以上技术销售工作经验 3.Experience in extrusion /transformer/ lighting industry is an advantage挤出/变压器/照明行业尤佳 4.Proven experiences in “cold calling” of potential customers and developing of customers 擅长于新客户开发 5.Good command of written English 良好的英语书写能力
