Main Responsibilities / Tasks:
主要职责/任务：
1. Change over fixtures according TR and test plan;
根据TR和计划对Dyno，Kruss，GB等测试台换装；
2. Measure and photo samples according TR;
根据TR和计划对测试物料测量和拍照；
3. Check equipment and sample maintenance;
对测试设备点检，简单维护；
4. 5s work daily;
每天的5S工作；
5. Check and record data during test;
测试过程中对测试数据检查记录；
6. Update the dyno efficiency data in system;
更新Dyno Efficiency数据；
7. Comply with ESH policy and procedure, implement ESH responsibilities，carry out ESH activities, keep all operations in line with ESH requirements and deliver ESH performance;
遵守ESH政策，履行ESH职责，开展ESH各项活动，确保工作符合ESH要求，达成ESH绩效；
8. Other works assigned by the supervisor.
主管指定的其他工作。

Qualifications/Requirements:
资质/要求：
1. Hard working, be accountable, take initiative to learn, responsible, detail oriented, able to overtime and shift work;
吃苦耐劳，有责任心，有一定的担当，主动学习和抗压能力，能适应加班和倒班；
2. Good ability on communication and coordination, practical ability;
要有一定的沟通和协调能力，做事认真负责；
3. Understand mechanical and electric principle;
对机械和电气原理有一定的了解；
4. Prefer have maintenance experience, good at practical and using tools;
优先考虑有汽车维修或者维修经验的，需要有良好的动手能力，会标准使用工具；
5. Prefer have experience in automotive industry or mechanical , college degree or above( not limited, and prefer experience);
***有汽车行业或者机械行业的工作经验，学历***大专以上（不限定，更看重能力）；
