We’re looking for a Service Delivery Team Leader to: Execute the processes and controls you are responsible for in a timely, accurate and compete manner Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory and statutory requirements and with internal polices and contracts. Understand what you do and how you contribute to the overall success of the organization. Your team : You’ll be working in the Regulatory Reporting team in Wuxi. Our team supports global transactional regulatory reporting business
Your expertise : Experience in operational risk controls/ operation/ regulatory transaction reporting in the financial service industry would be required Experience in managing a team and coaching/ motivating others Knowledge on Automation tools (Alteryx, Tableau. PowerBI etc. ) would be preferred Maintained key performance indicators to meet service level agreements Focused on individual and team performance, always striving for excellence, always be approachable and be able to clear obstacles for the team
