MAIN PURPOSE AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. To provide professional and efficient talent sourcing work in photovoltaic, energy storage, electric power, new energy vehicles and other energy fields.
2. Assist enterprises to draw talent portraits, accurately and quickly position high-quality talents for enterprises.
3. Learn the most authentic and comprehensive personal information of the candidate, and control the employment risk for the enterprise.
4. Strictly control the recruitment process, promote the recruitment process management.
5. Understand the industry information, and actively promote the win-win situation among candidates, enterprises and consultants
Key Result Areas and Characteristics
1、 Barchelor degree in English or any majors related to English, Candidates who returned from overseas preferred.
2、 Able to take English as a working language.
3、 Good communication skills, Outgoing, Quick learner, Hard-working etc.
4、 Recruiting experience preferred.

作息时间：9：00 am-6:00pm 午休：1.5h 周末双休
薪资：底薪8-13k
提成：不设baseline，做一单提一单，按10%-70%的一个阶梯状，根据业绩累积区间划分，举个例子：如果成交一个年薪30w的人选，按23%的费率来算，只做交付顾问实际回款业绩是48300，按照10%的提点核算提成是4830/人，按照20%的提点核算是9660/人，以此类推，***提成点是70%。
360顾问（开发+对接+交付）则实际回款业绩为69000，按照10%最低提点核算提成是6900/人，按照20%提点核算提成是13800/人
