Job Responsibilities: o Take the duties of IcM on-call schedule, the response level is L1. o Act the IcM tickets following the SLA, priority the tickets and contact the engineering team to join in to take over the tickets. Job Requirements: o Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience. o 2+ years in software industry, operation and maintenance experience is preferred. o Fluent communication in written English. o Quick learner, with ability to understand complex systems. o Strong analytical skill and effective problem solving ability, problem prone. o Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills, a good team player. o Willing to work under pressure and comfortable of working with teams located in various countries. o Be able to accept 24*7 work and shift scheduling. o Ability to work independently, good self-management.
