职位描述：
1. Oversee the development of RFQs and/or other documents in response to requests from prospective customers /根据潜在客户的要求, 监督RFQ和/或其他文件的制定。
2. Lead the NPI Team and manage the overall RFQ and DFM process including reviewing the product specification and test specification for feasibility study / 领导新产品导入团队, 管理整个询价和DFM流程, 包括审核产品规范和可行性研究测试规范。
3. Establish Cost and Quotation Price matrixes to deliver accurate, consistent and timely customer quotations / 建立成本和报价矩阵, 以提供准确, 一致和及时的客户报价。
4. Collaborate with the Business Teams (Sales and BD) and other functional teams (include and not limited to Project Management, Tooling, Process, Automation, Assembly, Quality and Sourcing Teams) to ensure RFQ content is complete, accurate and timely. / 与业务团队(销售和BD)和其他职能团队(包括但不限于项目管理, 工具, 流程, 自动化, 装配, 质量和采购团队)合作, 确保RFQ内容完整, 准确和及时。
5. Evaluate investment cost vis-à-vis PVO, project lifespan and profitability / 根据PVO, 项目寿命和盈利能力评估投资成本。
6. Work with Tooling Design Team to study tool design that best meet customers’ expectation / 与模具设计团队合作，研究最能满足客户期望的模具设计。
7. Facilitate DFM review and interpret technical requirements to customers / 协助DFM审核并向客户解释技术要求。
8. Follow up project status and timeline schedules/ 跟进项目状态和时间表。
9. Manage multiple RFQs tasks with sometimes rapid turnaround deadlines. / 管理多个RFQ任务, 有时需要快速周转。
10. Such other duties as may be assigned from time to time. / 不时指派的其他职责。
任职要求：
1、Experience in field of auto or medical industry. Experience in new project introduction and cost calculation is preferred
汽车零部件、医疗行业相关工作经验，有新项目导入经验或成本核算经验者优先考虑
2、Good cost-consciousness

3、Proficient in mold design and processing, familiar with injection molding and assembly process

4、Good communication and expression skills, can be a window of technical communication with customers in the early stage of the project
