2. Maintain and implement the best, surest and easiest work processes. Initiate, participate and facilitate the continuous improvement activities on safety, quality, cost, delivery, motivation and environment by applying DaMaWay (including LEAN principles etc).

3. Ensure the quality compliance of process.
确保生产过程的质量符合性
--Sampling and monitoring for subassembly, on-line products and finished products.
中间产品，待包装产品，成品的取样及监控
--Check the post clearance, including equipment and site, and make an approval.
对岗位清场工作（包括设备，场所）进行检查，并签发合格证。
-- Be responsible for primary handing of production deviation and recording
负责生产过程中异常情况的处理和记录
-- Be responsible for bulk product releasing in production
负责生产过程中间产品、待包装产品的放行
4. Be responsible for monitoring the key quality control point implement in whole production process
负责生产过程关键质量控制点的点检。
5. Validation assisting
协助验证
Be responsible for assisting validation relevant to process, facility and equipment.
负责与产品有关的工艺、设备及设施验证的协助。
Education & working experience 学历与工作经验要求：
1. College or above,, with majored in scientific or technical.
大专或以上学历，工程类专业或科学技术专业
2.3+ years of the quality management experience ( be familiar with ISO9001,ISO13485), be familiar with the regulation of the medical device
3年以上的质量管理经验（熟悉ISO9001,ISO13485）,了解医疗器械的法律法规或药品的法律法规
Occupational qualifications职业资格要求：
1. Quick understand abilities and quality minded.

2. Good personnel health habit.

3. Basic English communication skill (written and verbal)
