1.Minimum Bachelor Degree in related major (e.g. Mechanical Engineering).

2.Four or more years of experience in injection moulding product design positions in the automotive industry, could analyze FEM reports and mould flow analysis reports, familiar with the material properties of various plastics.

3.Familiar with injection molding process and injection mold structure design principle.

5.In addition to knowledge of plastic product design, candidates with knowledge of metal fasteners, cold forging, turning and stamping processes are preferred.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES/任务和职责：
1.Develop products in cooperation with the technical supervisor and German HQ in accordance to customer requirements and design guidelines.

2.Develop and improve product according to design guidelines.
根据设计的指导原则发展完善产品。
3.Find new solutions and application areas for IMT product group.
为IMT产品组寻找新的解决方案以及应用领域。
4.Attend to mid-term training at HQ Design Department (roughly 2x 2-3 months).
参与总部设计部门的培训。
5.Manage documentation and drawings in database.
管理数据库中的文档与图纸。
6.Create and update CAD drawing and files.
运用CAD和CATIA软件进行创建并更新CAD图纸。

3)Customer drawing 客户图纸
7.Continuous improvement of product for IMT product group IMT.
