Responsibilities:
Lead new product feasibility analysis of cost and manufacturing capability with cross functional teams
Design and maintain drawing, quotation/manufacturing BOM and engineering specifications
Launch ECN( engineering change notes) and manage the overall process
Support sourcing team to qualify new vendor from technology side.
Lead new product development and first article building
Lead 8D of manufacturing parts to dig out the root cause and setup precaution & improvements
Quick respond and trouble shooting of production line to ensure production going smoothly
Continuously looking for opportunities on product safety, cost, quality and delivery improvements
Act as product champion to provide all technical supports to internal and external clients
Perform other tasks assigned by superior.
Comply with EHS related regulations

Education and/or Experience:
University mechanical degree or above,
Minimum of 3 years of mechanical engineering experience, hydraulic engineering background preferred.
Engineering drawing creating skills with NX, Autocad or others, additional experience with TC preferred.
Experience on new product transfer/launch,
Trouble shooting of complex technical issues independently;
Heavy mechanical equipment experience is preferred;
Be familiar with ECN operation procedure
Actual working experience of BOM configuration setup is must;
Knowledge of lean manufacturing is preferred
Good communication skills, ability to communicate effectively in English and Mandarin Chinese;
Team player with good attitude, can work under high atmosphere and tight schedule;
Good logical thinking and independent trouble shooting capability
Problem solving experience with 8D and 5way tools
Actual new product transfer/launch project experience
Communications capability with cross functional team
