? Analyze the process quality data and customer complaints to identify the improvement priorities and implement them;

? On-site production process audit, which checks if the process run according to predefined work standard;
车间现场工艺纪律监督审查；
? Continuously maintain the production process labor and material quota to make them always be correct;
持续的维护工时和物料消耗定额，以始终保持这些定额的准确性；
? Dynamically update or improve all existed process documents (SOP, WI, FI, Process flow chart, Routing, layout etc.) to make them be really alive;
动态地根据需要改善现有的过程文件（SOP, WI, FI, Process flow chart, Routing, layout 等），以确保这些文件的准确和有效；
? Check and adjust engineers’ daily work flow and methods based on quality management system like ISO 9000, IRIS and IATF16949;
根据ISO 9000、IRIS和IATF16949体系的要求，不断地调整工艺日常工作的流程、方法和内容；
? Support to maintain PFMEA and take responsible for engineering related actions;
支持维护生产过程的PFMEA并负责与工艺相关的行动；
? To continuously standardize and improve engineers’ own daily work in order to get higher and higher quality and efficiency;
持续的改善并标准化工艺工程师自身的日常工作，以获得更好的工作质量和效率；
? Comply with ESH policy and procedure, implement ESH responsibilities，carry out ESH activities, keep all operations in line with ESH requirements and deliver ESH performance;
遵守ESH政策，履行ESH职责，开展ESH各项活动，确保工作符合ESH要求，达成ESH绩效；
? Other tasks assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications/Requirements:
? Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical;
本科及以上学历，机械类专业；
? Foreign company and local company experience will be preferable;
同时具备国内和国外企业工作经历者优先；
? Experience with automatic painting line (especially the water based paint) and packaging process, and experience with washing process will be preferable;
拥有自动喷漆线（尤其是水性漆）和包装过程经验，有零件清洗过程经验更佳；
? Be skilled with SAP operation to create master data, MBOMs and routings and maintain them as well;
能够在SAP系统中熟练地操作以创建和维护物料主数据、MBOM和生产路径；
? Be skilled with PE tools, such as lean tools, 6-sigma, 8D, and other general IE tools and methods;
熟练运用工艺工程师的常规工具，如：精益工具，6-sigma，8D 和其他通用的工业工程工具和方法；
? Be proficient with PC software, like Office, AutoCAD is essential.
