JOB DESCRIPTION：
1. To set up and improve company procedures, documents and requirements on safety production, fire emergency, industrial engineering hygiene, occupational disease protection, environmental protection, etc., to follow up and monitor its implementation status. In which,
Maintain ISO14001 system, make sure it always operates effectively.
Define procedures and documents for safety and health management system, refer to the standard of ISO45001, prepare for future ISO45001 certificate application.
Interaction with System Management to ensure the compliance with the local governmental laws and regulations in EHS areas, and our customers’ requirements as well.
2. Drafting the annual safety、environmental、healthy protection management work plan, implement your daily work according to the work plan.
3. Be responsible for the annual emergency drill planning and implementation.
4. To check, confirm and manage the company safety production, fire emergency, industrial engineering hygiene, occupational disease control, environmental protection, etc. To identify, control and reduce potential accidents.
5. Monitoring the actual implementation status of safety / environmental / healthy standards and management requirements through internal audit to ensure practice and lead improvement in the company.
6. Involved in all the customer / third party / government audits which related to EHS, get clear audit standard and requirements from customer / third party, plan the pre-audit in the company, make sure the internal team fully understand the standard and requirement. Follow up the corrective and preventive actions time by time, provide feedback to the internal team for any customer updates.
7. Be responsible for company safety production, fire emergency exit training and practice, SOS training and practice. Provide on-site guide, to point out, correct, and prevent operations that violates standard requirements/process.
8. Provide risk assessments to special required equipment; make sure that the operators are certified to perform, to improve or reduce the safety risks.
9. Be responsible for employee health, to identify potential hazardous factors, and to take appropriate actions/methods to minimize the bad influence/effect as much as possible.
10. Be responsible for company labor protection articles management, to follow up and monitor its application/use status.
11. Be responsible for employee personal health filing, following, and monitoring, to make sure compliance with legal requirements and company procedure requirements.
12. Provide assistant to company environmental management representative, to identify potential hazardous environmental factors, control and reduce its bad influence.
13. To monitor and control chemicals and hazardous waste, to make sure that they are handled and recycled in a proper way.
14. Set up and improve company resources management procedure, to improve the efficient use of water, electricity, paper, etc., Provide guide and training on how to reduce waste.
15. Through regular EHS training to employees, to improve employee’s awareness on self-protection, to reduce occupational injuries and diseases.
Basic requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in quality management engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Safety Engineering, Environment Engineering or other equivalent ones
2. Familiar with EHS related management system, such as ISO 14001, ISO45001 etc.
3. ISO 14001, ISO45001, internal auditor preferred, and registered safety engineer certificate preferred.
4. Be familiar with PRC’s safety Production laws and regulations, etc.
5. Good read, write and speak English, familiar with office software.
