1) 供应商产品及工艺(PPAP)的认可 Supplier components and process validation
2) 不合格品原因分析 Non-conformity cause analysis;
2. 供应商质量控制 Supplier Quality Control
1) 供应商年度审核计划及实施 Annual supplier audit plan and implement;
2) 对供应商的过程审核Supplier process Audit R@R;
3) 对供应商提出不合格品抱怨 Complain for the non-conformity from suppliers;
4) 供应商质量问题的处理/跟踪及解决方案的验证Supplier quality issue solution/accidents follow up, solution validation
3. 质量成本控制 Production Quality Cost Control
1) 在项目经理领导下积极参与国产化工作Localization under the leading of Project manager
2) 参与PFEMA/控制计划的编制评审，负责零部件方面的内容Participate to the PFC，PFEMA，Control Plan creation and review, and be charge of component control
4. 附加和其它工作任务Other and Specific Missions
1) 遵守健康安全环境规定,推动工作环境及人机工程的改善Ensure full respect of HSE rules and regulations, drive improvement of working conditions and ergonomics
2) 组织实施HSE培训Organize for implement HSE training
3) 推动工作环境及人机工程的改善Drive improvement of working conditions and ergonomics
4) 保证与直线经理的透明和及时沟通Ensure transparent timely communication with the Line Manager管理、辅导和培训质量团队Manage, Coaching and training of quality team
5) 协调公司内部改进质量 Cooperate with other department to improve Quality
6) 部门内其他员工不在时，顶岗Replace other staff’s job when he/she is absent or busy
7) 直属经理交给的其他临时工作Others temporary job given by Line Manager
