Job Scope: To identify business opportunities and cultivate customer relationships which position AR-TEX as a long-term preferred supplier to target accounts in China Work Location AR-TEX Wuxi plant Main Market Segments: Automotive, Heating & Plumbing, Home Appliance, Industrial Primary Responsibilities: 1、 Identify viable and profitable new commercial opportunities and co-ordinate sales projects in order to meet the company’s sales growth objectives 2、 Develop sales at our Global Accounts following the Group’s guidelines for coordination of global customers 3、Travelling to visit existing and new clients in the assigned area and participate in the Global Sales Meetings (Italy) 4、Develop and continually enhance customer relationship 5、 Managing and interpreting customer requirements 6、 Preparing quotations according to the company’s guidelines 7、Negotiating quotations with customers 8、Preparing Sales Reports and Trip Reports for head office 9、 Optimize rate of return on new and existing product/account combinations 10、 Recording and maintaining client contact data 11、 Supporting marketing by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events 12、 Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product will meet client needs 13、Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education 14、Liaising with Engineering and Quality located in the Headquarter (Italy) - with frequent telephone calls and web meetings - in order to support the development of Custom Products 15、Solving client problems and supporting the customer and the organization to solve Quality complaints 16、 Formulate Account Plans consistent with AR-TEX’s strategy and manage their execution; review progress against and adjust plan 17、 Manage business risk to AR-TEX by anticipating future obstacles at all project stages 18、Keep AR-TEX apprised of relevant market information – data, trends, and consequences 19、 Position AR-TEX as a reliable organization capable of providing thorough, timely solutions to customer's sealing applications Reporting: 1、 Reports to the Sales & Marketing Director – AR-TEX Group 2、Follows the plant rules defined by the General Manager of AR-TEX Wuxi Education, Experience, and Skills Required: Must have skills - Native Language: Chinese - English fluent - Sales and marketing, good negotiation and presence - Former experience in the high volume industrial sector (3+ years in the role) - Structured approach, business skills - Organized in work, oriented to results, able to play in team, able to meet assigned objectives - Motivation, energy and discipline Nice to have skills - Previous experience in the rubber industry - Knowledge of automotive market and automotive business approach - 5+ years of experience in the role - Bachelor or higher degree in technical/science
