Responsible for the performance assessment management of each workshop of the manufacturing department, and motivate subordinates; Regular training of subordinate personnel quality, safety awareness and personal professional skills. Job Requirements: 1. More than five years of workshop production management experience, engaged in auto parts, machinery manufacturing or motor manufacturing and other related industries, bachelor degree or above, science and engineering or mechanical, electrical and other related majors; 2. Have the ability to deal with manufacturing problems and problem analysis and solution, have a foreign company as a production supervisor or site management work experience is preferred; 3. Familiar with 6S management, lean production (cost control), information application (ERP, PDM, etc.), understand seven QC techniques and other quality management tools; 4. Understand Lean production continuous improvement management methods LEAN, kaizen, PokeYoka, have planning management and innovative thinking, 6sigma project training is preferred; 5. Understand the professional knowledge of machining, can read the processing drawings; 6. Proficient in operating office software, basic operation of Autocad, Pro/E and other mechanical drawing software; 7. Have a certain basis of English communication.
