职责概括：生产现场作业， 机器操作， 根据实际情况进行生产线不同工位工作,，生产及现场5S。
主要职责：
1. 严格按照作业指导书进行操作（根据说明书检查部件或零件是否完整)，并做好工作记录；
Operate in strict accordance with the work instructions (check whether the parts or parts are complete according to the instructions), and make work records;
2. 积极回馈工作中碰到的各类问题，协助技术人员通过分析和试验来处理问题；
Actively feedback all kinds of problems encountered in the work, and assist technical personnel to deal with problems through analysis and testing;
3. 在换班时必须记录产线上的报废件，和换班人员交接记录；
During shift change, discarded parts on the production line must be recorded, as well as handover records of shift personnel;
4. 保持工作岗位整齐和干净，正确放置产品；整个流水线必须以干净和整齐的状态留个下个班次的工人；
Keep the work position neat and clean, and place the products correctly; The entire assembly line must be kept clean and tidy for the next shift of workers;
5. 严格遵守安全制度，杜绝各类违规行为，不断提高生产线5S水平，确保安全生产以及产品质量；
Strictly abide by the safety system, eliminate all kinds of violations, and constantly improve the 5S level of the production line to ensure safe production and product quality;
6. 根据生产实际情况服从岗位调整或安排；
Obey post adjustment or arrangement according to actual production situation;
本岗位工作经验：
2-5年机械行业工作经验。
资质/要求：
1. College degree, Majoring in Mechanical or related;
大专以上学历，机械相关专业；
2. Experience of site management is preferred.
拥有机械行业经验优先。
3. Strong practical ability
有较强的实际动手能力；
4. Willing to work overtime
适应加班
