Key Tasks and Responsibilities: 1) Responsible to customer quality information‘s communication and deal with customer complaints 2) To play as main leader for tracking customer quality related corrective and preventive actions through cross functional coordinate with customer and internal team 3) Participate in new product development project to ensure advanced quality planning activities, Lead PPAP prepare and submit process 4) Always look into process improvement opportunity from the statistics and analysis the customer complaint information 5) Lead IATF and ISO 9001 QMS Implementation and Continuous Improvement Activities 6) Responsible for supplier quality business, include issues’ coordination and problem solving 7) Responsible to Internal quality Audit, Customer Audit, 3rd party Audit and supplier audit 8) Customer and Supplier onsite problem verification
Qualifications: 1) Bachelor's degree or above. 2) Over 3 years' quality experience in Automotive industry. 3) Familiar with IATF16949. 4) Good communication skills, English is workable.
