Tasks and Responsibilities:

1. Supplier quality control and management 供应商质量控制和管理
2. Quality confirmation for suppliers with sourcing team 跟采购团队确认供应商质量
3. Non-conformity materials treatment 处理不合格材料
4. Quality data statistic and analysis for supplier 供应商质量数据统计和分析
5. Push supplier to reduce defective rate 督促供应商降低不良率
6. Assessment for supplier audit 评估供应商审核
7. Supplier quality improvement 供应商质量改善
8. Follow corrective and preventive(8D) report 跟踪纠正改善报告
9. Others arranged by department manager 其他部门经理安排的任务

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's Degree, majoring in Mechanical and Automatic control. 本科学士学位，主修机械、自动化专业。
2. At least 3 years’ manufacturing quality experience in industry business, SQA experience is a must. 3年及以上工业企业制造质量相关经验, 有供应商质量管理经验。
3. ISO9001:2015 internal audit certificate is preferred. 有ISO9001：2015的内审员证书优先
4. Experience of PFMEA, FAI, GRR, CPK tools is preferred. 会PFMEA, FAI, GRR, CPK等工具优先。
