Responsibility 岗位职责：
1. Maintain fire protection system in the company and ensure its availability.
维护工厂的消防系统，确保消防系统有效可利用。
2. Set up and execute safety management system and make sure it complies to the requirements from our company and local Work Safety Supervision Bureau.
制定和实施工厂安全管理系统，确保符合公司要求和本地安监部门的要求。
3. Set up and execute environmental protective measures according to the applicable laws and regulations and make sure EIA(Environmental Impact Assessment) and annual audit are successfully passed.
根据法律法规制定和实施环境保护措施，确保环评和年审顺利通过。
4. Set up and execute occupational health policy and make sure environmental monitoring, equipment maintenance and employees' health are effectively managed.
制定和实施符合法律法规要求的职业健康政策，确保环境监测，设备维护和人员健康得到有效管理。
5. With the guidance from our headquarter, draft relevant management documents and work instructions which comply to our local policy and company's requirements. Training, drills and guidance for our employees are also necessary.
在总部的指导下，制定符合本地政策和工厂需要的相关管理文件和作业指导书，并提供必须的员工培训,指导和必须的演习.
6. Set up annual budget and make sure it is properly executed. Make safety assessments for equipment and position, and also detect potential risks and make corresponding policies.
制定年度预算并确保执行，根据公司要求对设备和岗位提供安全评价，发现潜在风险制定相应政策。
7. Manage monitoring system and upgrade if necessary to make sure entire system in effective use.
管理公司监控系统并根据需要更新，确保整个系统有效使用。
8. Take responsibility of information security officer to offer necessary training and audit in order to make sure policy understanding and full implementation.
负责公司的信息安全管理，为员工提供所需培训并监督审核，确保员工理解并完全执行。
9. Manage suppliers properly and support other departments' work such as security and food hygiene.
管理供应商，支持其他部门例如安防，食品卫生等相关工作。
10. Other tasks assigned by manager.
完成经理安排的其他工作。


Requirements 任职要求：
1. College education or above, above 3 years related work relevant experience, certified Safety administrator.
大专及以上学历，3年以上相关工作经验，认证的安全管理员。
2. Proficient PC Skills(MS Excel, Word, PPT)，familiar with official application tools and information website.
熟练的电脑能力（Office Excel, Word, PPT)，熟悉官方的申报工具与信息网站。
3. Good capability of policy(EHS relevant) reading and understanding.
安全，职业健康，环境相关的政策解读能力。
4. EHS management experience in manufacturing environment background, experience in environmental assessment application and approval.
制造业EHS从业背景, 有环境评价申报与审批。
5. Desired oral and written English skill.
良好的英语听说读写能力。
6. International company background is a plus.
跨国公司工作经验优先。
