JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Airside RFQ handling and provide competitive technical solutions to sales for winning bidding. 2. Airside order handling and management, including but not limited to documentation, schedule, cost and quality controlling. 3. Standard product & documentation updating and maintenance. 4. Play roles as project leader for new product development, including technical evaluation/design/cost and quality controlling/trial-production/testing, etc… 5. Check / approve all technical documentations from airside engineers. 6. Continuous technical improvement of airside products. 7. Team KPI management. 8. Make career path and training plan for airside engineers, improve engineer's technical capability. 9. Make design manuals and design tools to build up ENG design system. 10. Support to solve/close on-site issues and customer comments during FAT. 11. Assist engineering manager to manage engineer workload. 12. Focus on cost down activities and dead stock consumption. 13. Other tasks assigned by ENG manager and management. JOB SPECIFICATIONS 1. Bachelor or Master degree in engineering, major in mechnical, refrigeration or HVAC. 2. At least 7 years design experience in airside products, such as AHU, FCU, PAC, FAN, IDAC, CBU. 3. Familiar with Marine & Offshore standard and regulations for product design and testing. 4. Strong mechnical design knowledge. 5. Team management or project management experience will be preferable. 6. Good knowledge of noise and vibration analysis. 7. English can be as working languague. 8. Good communication & coordination skills. 9. Be honest, positive and hard working.
