2.0 RESPONSIBILITIES (IN ORDER OF IMPORTANCE): 工作职责(按重要性依次排序):
2.1 Lead/manage all price related issues with current customers and negotiate favorable terms, conditions, and premises on quotations. 2.2 Responsible for customer Purchase Orders (initiation, tracking, closure, issue resolution and payment). 2.3 Maintain a comprehensive understanding of all program aspects (bill of materials, piece price, invest, etc…) 2.4 Develop and maintain positive relationships with current customers utilizing and understanding specific customer’s systems and processes. 2.5 Organize, create, and discuss with customers, and internal engineering teams to determine part design for manufacturability. 2.6 Organize the interfaces with Customer to receive consensus on part design proposals. 2.7 During discussion with all teams, costs and return on investments must also be a consideration. 2.8 Provide support on issues pertaining to customer tooling, part specifications, and part function. 2.9 Adhere to multiple project and customer timelines. 2.10 Support the core team through APQP (Advanced Part and Quality Planning) and PPAP (Production Part Approval Process). 2.11 Support technical review of existing products. 2.12 Perform special projects and other duties as assigned.

4.0 REQUIRED SKILLS / EXPERIENCE: 职业技能/经验 4.1 More than 3 years' work experience in aluminum casting factory as an engineer (automotive aluminum die casting preferred) 4.2 Excellent verbal and written communication in Mandarin and English 4.3 Critical thinking 4.4 Clear communication skills 4.5 Capital & financial understanding 4.6 Good project management skills (individually/team guided) 4.7 Basic operational knowledge of computer programs and various software, such as Microsoft Office Suite (specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) 4.8 Understanding of customer's drawings using GD&T and reviewing technical specifications
