Key accountabilities 1. Support Sales Engineer by directly working with customer’s design team during pre-phase to identify & develop opportunities 2. Promote applications to influence the design 3. Define specification and concept 4. Propose budget cost to Sales Engineer (with Customer Solution Engineering Center) 5. Lead projects with Sales Engineer and Customer Solution Engineering Center to fulfil the opportunities 6. Ensure smooth handover/involvement 7. Application specialist and technical backbone for Industry Segment 8. Define and Multiply applications for the Segment 9. Support sales team for other application tasks
Requirements Technical Bachelor degree (Automation, Process Engineering or Mechatronics preferred) Postgraduate study in Technical Business or Business Administration is a plus Technical background in the focus fields of Festo: Systems, Electric Drives, Pneumatic Drives, Vision, Sensors, Electric and Pneumatic Cabinets, Pre-Assemblies and Valve technology At least 3 years working experiencel would be preferred Having a background as Technical Project manager is preferred
