Responsibilities: 1. In charge of sales activities in the wastewater sector for the purpose of achieving long and short-term goals indicated by the Sales Manager according to the company strategy and ensuring sales growth. 2. Develop new business opportunities and manage customer relationship to achieve revenue growth objectives. 3. Communicate and negotiate internally and externally using appropriate methods to facilitate the development of profitable business and sustainable relationships. 4. Frequently visit customer to improve customer relationship, and problem solving. 5. Identify business opportunities according to company plan& requirement. 6. Monitor and analyze performance of competitors and report to the company about the result and reason when there are some issues effecting sales development, give suggestion to company on how to be competitive in the market to get more opportunities to promote sales volume. 7. Abide all the rules and regulations stipulated by company. 8. Other tasks assigned by leader.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering, or Marketing management. 2. Around 10-15 years sales working experiences, with extensive experience in the municipal/civil and industrial wastewater sector business, familiar with product range of screens, compactors, grit removal systems, etc. 3. Very familiar with the operation process of municipal sewage and industrial wastewater projects, with experience in collaborating with design institutes and contractors. 4. Proactive in business development, self-driven and result oriented. 5. Good English skills. (listening and writing) 6. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, motivational skills. 7. Strong analytical and computer skills. 8. Integrity, hardworking, self-motivated, open-minded, strong sense of responsibility and accountability. 9. Strong believer in teamwork and team spirit. 10. Able to adapt frequent business trips.
