工作职责: 1. Liaise and coordinate shipment with warehouse and shipping. 与客户和供应商联络、准备物流安排事宜; 2. Process orders from customers and complete the shipment deliver plan. 客户订单处理以及完成出货计划; 3. To perform all reports required by customer. 完成客户需要的所有报告; 4. To provide good advice and service to customers to satisfied demands. 提供良好的建议与服务以满足客户需求; 5. To proactively decrease and handle with customer’s complaint. 减少与处理客户投诉问题; 6. Operation and maintain the logistics management system; 操作和维护物流管理系统; 7. Ensure the accuracy and punctuality of billing and account receivable; 准确按时地完成账单并回收应收账款。 8. Other duties may be assigned. 完成领导分配的其他任务。 任职资格: 1. College graduation, prefer majored in logistics, trading or English; 本科以上学历,物流、国际贸易或英文专业优先; 2. 1+ years working experience for logistics operation or customer service, Excellent fresh graduates can relax the conditions appropriately; 1年以上物流操作或客服工作经验,优秀的应届生可以适当放宽条件; 3. Strong sense of responsibility, willing to learn and work under pressure, good team player; 有强烈的责任感,愿意去学习,能在压力下工作,良好的团队合作能力; 4. Good command of English in reading and writing; 良好的英语读写能力; 5. Familiar with logistics management systems and skilled in MS office; 熟练使用物流管理系统以及Office办公软件; 6. Good command of communication skills; 具有良好的沟通技能。
