岗位职责：
1.Responsible for drafting FAT documents, implementing customer FAT, solving problems during FAT process, ensure on-time delivery; FAT issue data collection, data analysis, drive quality improvement;负责起草FAT文件，并实施客户FAT，解决FAT过程提出的问题，及时关闭确保准时交付； FAT内容收集汇总，进行数据分析，识别改善机会，并推动质量改善；
2.Commissioning issue investigation, analysis and support to solve the quality problems in time; related data collection and analysis, and drive quality improvement; 对产品调试过程反馈的质量问题，及时调查分析并支持解决；同时做好数据收集及分析工作，推动相关质量改善；
3.Investigate and anlayze customer complaints, and drive improvement actions for quality improvement; 客诉问题分析调查，并推动质量问题改善；
4.Be responsible for new product CP set up, process quality and out going quality WI set up, maintain and update; Be responsible for process quality control and outgoing process maintanence and update；主导工厂内新产品开发质量CP、过程及成品质量WI制定，维护并更新相关质量文件；负责产品过程质量控制和出货检验指导书维护更新;
5.Be responsible for non-conforming material review and management, and drive quality improvement; 负责不合格品评审及管理，并推动持续改善；
6.Be responsible for PQC quality training . 负责过程质量PQC的培训；
7.Be responsible for other tasks assigned by superior. 负责完成上级指派的其他工作。

任职资格：
1.Major in Mechnical or Elctral, college education background or above；机械或者电气相关专业，大专及以上学历；
2.3-5 years of working experience in process quality control and quality management；3-5年的过程质量控制和管理经验；
3.Be familiar with mechanical product quality process control, experience with customer audit for marine product will be a plus, 熟悉机械产品制造的质量控制流程，有船舶产品客户产品审核相关经验更优；
4.ISO system management experience, internal audit experience and intenral audit cert will be a plus; ISO审核及内审经验有内审证书更优；
5.Be familiar with quality tools, such as APQP, MSA, SPC, FMEA, PPAP, CP etc. 熟悉如APQP, MSA, SPC, FMEA, PPAP, CP等相关质量工具；
6.Good English skill with speaking and writing；较好的英语口语和书写能力；
7.Good computer skill for Microsoft office software；较好的计算接技巧，熟悉办公软件；
8.Good communication skill and relationship within internal and extenal team；良好的对内与对外沟通能力。
