1.Overhead Control, Plant Overhead analysis and cooperate with cross-functional team to drive cost down activity on Personnel, Depreciation, Utility, Consumable, NQC…
2. Product cost control, monthly Product cost analysis including material, DVC labor, MBC…(Act VS STD VS Target), monitor the Product cost optimization status, drive cost initiative with Operational team.
3. New Product quotation/Cost estimation and analysis.
4. Cooperate with Costing and business team to ensure annual Product standard cost update accuracy, identify cost down action.
5. IG charge related support.
6. Lead plant Forecast, actual/Forecast reporting co and analysis, ensure the accuracy and identify the R&O.
7. Internal and external audit related support.


Qualifications：
1. Bachelor degree or +, major in Accounting/Financial Management related, MBA/MPACC preferred.
2. 5 years+ working experience in Finance as well as 3 years+ experience in MNC Manufacturing Fin Controlling or FP&A, fast-pace manufacturing company Fin experience preferred.
3. Open, Independent, Pro-active style, good communication, able to work under high pressure.
4. Good business sense, willing to learn and take challenge.
5. Proficient in Office Software (Excel, PPT) and SAP/Oracle and Digital tool (Tableau, BI) Preferred 6. Fluent English both in Oral and Written.
