FTIR, TGA, TMA, DMA, DSC and Rheometer. 培训新员工能运用实验室相关仪器对高分子材料的基础性能进行测试和分析。 4.Site key expert in polymeric materias to define and excute the global material technical footprint. 作为本地高分子材料专家来定义和执行全球材料技术路线。 5.Chair the OSRAM global BAT meeting for polymeric material technical sharing and synchronizing. 主持欧司朗全球技术研讨会议,进行高分子材料技术共享和同步。 6.Key member of global polymeric material sourcing committee, global polymeric material design expert and design guideline rules community. 全球高分子材料采购委员会成员,全球高分子材料设计专家群成员和全球高分子材料设计准则群成员。 7.Other tasks assigned by direct supervisor. 主管交代的其它任务。 Qualification 1.Bachelor degree or above in Material/Electronics/Mechanical or equivalent. 本科或以上学历,材料/电子/机械或相关专业。 2.Minimun 8 years working experience in semiconductor for bachelor or minimun 3 years for master, outstanding PhD graduate is acceptable. 至少本科8年或者硕士3年半导体相关经验,优秀的博士应届生也可接受。 3.Prefer with working experience in LED related industry. 有LED相关行业工作经验者优先。 4.Familiar with data analysis software. 熟悉数据分析软件。 5.Capable to communicate in English with global team. 可以用英语跟国外团队沟通。 6.Self-motivated, willing to learn, able to work with stress and adapt to fast changes 上进心强,乐于学习,能够承受工作压力,适应快速变化。
