In order to realize the mission of QSHE organization in Atlas Copco (Wuxi) to establish a systematical management of Safety & health, Environment, Energy and Quality, and ensure effectiveness, we are looking for a SHE supervisor.
As SHE supervisor, it will be your mission to create a safe and healthy work environment for all employees, create a Safety-First culture within company, an environment protection and energy saving management to support company sustainable productivity.
Your responsibilities will include: 61 Establishment, implementation, improvement, documentation, maintenance of Safety &health, Environment and Energy management system (Hereby called SHE) in line with internal and external requirements, e.g. ISO45001, ISO14001, ISO50001, ISO 9001, and ensure effectiveness according to Business Area, Division, company policy and local laws & regulations. 61 Legal compliance: Identify and collect latest SHE related laws and regulations that affect our business. Implement initiatives to meet local government/company requirements on SHE issues. 61 Responsible for whole company SHE operation. chemical, electricity, contractors, special equipment, firefighter, digitalization SHE, management of Change, And so on. 61 Review current process/Procedure, push improvement to achieve SHE targets. 61 Communicate, provide guidance and support with regard to corporate standards, relevant policies, guidelines, practices and information to related department. 61 Develop and implement SHE training program, tools and techniques to improve all staff SHE awareness and skill, promote safe awareness and behavior. 61 Conduct internal/external audit, coordinate external audits e.g. Third-party audits, customer, vendor, government fly audit, etc. Follow up all corrective actions for internal audit and external audit. 61 Follow up risk assessments/ Environment factors control/ Energy projects. 61 Ensure reporting of incidents/accident in TIA timely. Verify all corrective actions for A&I are well implemented. Collect A&I lesson learned from AC A&I database to share it with all employees. 61 Keep good contact with local government about SHE matters. Lead SHE assessment / government approval for new projects, Administer SHE regulatory compliance for new business. 61 Report for SHE management, sustain and government database, organize SHE council meeting. 61 Responsible for creating and maintaining SHE visual management and newsletter. 61 Responsible for the security management. 61 Handle other necessary work for QSHE Dep.
SHE Responsibility Regulation -Following the related SHE regulations and procedures; -Joining the related OHS training arranged by the company for getting the necessary safety、health and fire fighting knowledge; - Knowing the potential safety and health hazard and measure beside operation and any other area; - Communicating any safety & health hazards with team leaders; - Refusing any operation that violates SHE regulations and procedures; - Persuading others not to violate SHE regulations and procedures; - Wearing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) according the Position PPE Standard;
岗位任职能力与资格要求(Competence and qualification)：
Experience Requirements 1. Prefer 10 years in EHS management role. At least 5 year working experience in multinational company. 2. Familiar with utility equipment (Electricity power station, compressor, cooling system, fire-fighting system etc.) and special equipment (Crane, forklift, welding process, etc.) 3. Have experience of setting up or maintenance ISO45001, ISO14001, ISO50001. 4. ISO50001 energy and ISO 9001 management experience is a plus. 5. Project management experience is a plus.
Knowledge / Educational requirements:
1. University degree or about, major in electrical, mechanical, Safety Management, Environment and related specialty. 2. ISO14001/ ISO50001/ISO45001/ISO 9001 internal auditor certificate. 3. Willing to learn in SHE technical and regulations. 4. National registered safety engineer or Environment appraisal engineer.
Personality requirements:
1. Good communication skills, good teamwork, broad knowledge of industry control. 2. Responsibility ownership, Positive thinking, Open-minded, Work independently, and initiate solutions to challenge. 3. Good English both oral and written. CET4 4. Good computer skill and operation, Microsoft Office etc.
