Duties & Responsibilities: 1. Make master production scheduling for finished products based on S&OP and customer demand validated by production capacity. 2. Work with IE and production to ensure that all resources are properly allocated and assigned to achieve OTD target and improve customer satisfaction. 3. Coordinate with global procurement teams to confirm the materials supply plan from suppliers and sub-contractors to ensure the timely fulfillment of orders for raw material and sub-assemblies. 4. Coordinate with Program manager on the timely fulfillment of all NPI project related raw materials and sub-assembly requirements, provide material planning report with weekly/bi-weekly Material/build Status. 5. Setup quarterly/monthly inventory target projection (value and turns) by BU and project, including raw materials, WIP, semi-FG and FG. 6. Conduct month-end inventory simulation and drive team to carry out inventory reduction activities to achieve the target. 7. Act as the primary interface with sales & marketing, engineering, operation and supply chain on delivery status, issues and resolution. Escalate to commercial or technical partners and leadership when required. 8. Support special projects as required.
Qualification & Requirements: 1. Bachelor or above, certified by CET-6. Advanced professional qualifications in operations, project management and supply chain (like APICS) will be a plus. 2. 5+ years’ experience in manufacturing, or supply chain management, preferably in a high tech or electronic-related industry. 3. Strong knowledge of MRP/ERP with a solid understand of discrete manufacturing, bills of material, product lifecycle management and supply chain operations.
