Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Work with product engineer to develop the process and process tracking.
2. Process capability control and improvement.
3. Create and maintain the work instruction.
4. Reduce the process cost.
5. Improve the process efficiency (Yield, HPU).
6. Production trouble shooting and on-line support.
7. Do Failure analysis online and RMA analysis with PE.
8. Coordinate the ISO9000 and customer audit together with PE.
9. Support special projects as required.
10. Report on projects and make recommendations to upper Management.

Qualification & Requirements:
1. Master's degree, Science and engineering is preferred.
2. Having rich and professional experience with a BS degree will be considered as well.
3. Advanced educational qualifications will be a plus.
4. Have the rich experience of process capability control and improvement with SPC, CPK and other process tools.
5. Have the rich experience of working with product engineer to develop the process and process data tracking. Production trouble shooting and on-line support.
6. Rich experience with problem analysis and resolution for IC Back Grinding Process or Laser Stealth Dicing Process.
7. Demonstrated ability to achieve results independently or working with others.
8. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
