Duties & Responsibilities:
1.Monitor and troubleshoot to find the root cause of tester issues. Make action plan to improve tester uptime.
2.Define and perform SPC analysis to calibrate tester and ensure GR&R and correlation meet requirements.
3.Monitor PIC test result and yield. Perform analysis and work with R&D to improve test yield.
4.Clear understanding on test items, parameter algorithm, conditions, etc. Be response to test HPU reduction action plans and work with teams to implement.
5.Be response to PIC testing technical documents writing and release in agile system, such working introduction, SPC procedure, maintenance flow, etc.
6.Operator training to make sure operators can be able to handle machine.

Qualification & Requirements:
1.MS in Optics, Physics or Electrical Engineering. Advanced educational qualifications will be a plus. Candidates having suitable professional experience with a BS degree will be considered.
2.6+ years’ optical/ test relevant industry experience.
3.Familiar with PIC or IC related products testing required, capable for test data analysis and tester debug
4.Statistical tools such as JMP, Minitab or equivalent, familiar with Gage R&R, statistical process control etc.
5.Ability to recommend and implement improvements.
6.Ability to excel in a cross-organizational, cross cultural, global team environment.
