1.Responsible for the Quality of Prax Suppliers, to ensure zero defects to Prax production lines and Prax customers, being proficient in all quality tools for Automotive Industry 2.In case of process deviations or quality issues/alerts, containments and firewalls may be implemented to ensure product quality, monitoring them untill actions efficiency are demonstrated. 3.All suppliers documentation is available, updated and has the right information and standards required by Prax Quality System. 4.Suppliers development: 8D, SPC, TPM and traceability, continuous improvement. 5.Deploy Quality indicators for supppliers Supplier PPM, supplier delivery NC rate. Supplier alerts, number and closing time. Supplier audits (VDA 6.3 for IATF suppliers) according to Planning, score. Suppliers evaluation 6.Submit Quality alerts and lead problem solving and action plans untill closure within the response and closing target times. 7.Manage suppliers quality indicators, suppliers audits and continuous improvement. 8.Suppliers Quality Action Plan. 9.Responsible for the quality of supplier new products (APQP) in Prax, adherence to Safe Launch Control Plan (adding more controls if required in Incoming Inspection). Approve suppliers PPAP. 10.Responsible for the quality of suppliers changes. Any change on product or process from our suppliers, must be previously requested with a proposed validation plan and authorised by Prax through ECO procedure. Only after Prax approval, change can be implemented by supplier. Prax SQA approves and register change documentation. 11.SQA JY Monthly report performance and indicators
