ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Managing system design including drawings, specifications and calculations, elaboration of approval documentation and participation in product selection.
2. Be on a continuous basis be part the development of our systems and procedures,
3. Register&update project data in our ERP system “BaaN”
4. Be responsible for monitor and control the project budget in order to secure the final Profit of the projects.
5. Daily communication with other department in Novenco, Novenco own factory and sub-suppliers to secure on time delivery of drawing and products.
6. Remind sales to get comments from customer in time to catch project schedule.
7. Handling all affairs relates to quality, environment and safety.
8. Handling trading and logistic of the goods delivery to end customer.
9. FAT on site if it’s needed.
REQUIREMENT
1. Bachelor degree major in HVAC or Marine Machinery
2. At least 1 years’ of working experience in either HVAC or Marine business as Designer or Project Manager
3. Familiar with HVAC or Marine standards, strong sense of material cost & technical skills on HVAC appliance products will be preferable
4. Familiar with international trading and logistic
5. Team player, initiative, energetic and creative with market intelligence
6. Proficient in written English with good communication skills & hands on experience in Word, Excel and Outlook, AutoCAD, ERP experience preferred
7. The position may entail up to 30 days of travelling each year.
