We are looking for talents for Seating Comfort Wellness Solution in Faurecia Seating Business with:
1) Solid experiences in automotive programs
2) Experience in electronics / pneumatic / seating comfort solutions
3) Experience with Chery or other C-OEM

Job Responsibilities:
From program award until handover to production site, the program manager has the responsibility to lead the program team, with an entrepreneurial mindset, in order to:
1) Meet financial targets (Operating Income, cash, Internal Rate of Return, Upfronts…)
2) Ensure customer satisfaction (timing, quality, costs, product performance…)
3) Plan and execute all activities which contribute to program success
4) Protect Faurecia interests and image
5) Secure appropriate staffing of the whole Core Team from the functions, in due time
6) Build and monitor Master Schedule
7) Achieve program targets through development & deployment of program roadmaps and cascade program objectives and assignments to team members
8) Use Business Plan to monitor permanently convergence to financial expectations
9) Manage the core team and ensure cooperation with the functions and the plant(s),
10) Apply Program Management System (with successful and on time achievement of work packages, mandatory deliverables and key program milestones)

Talent Qualification:
1) Bachelor Degree in engineering or in business administration
2) Experience in Engineering or Quality or Purchasing or Manufacturing in Automotive sector (car manufacturer/Tier)
3) Demonstrate product and process engineer experience
4) Experience in budget control and profit enhancement
5) Knowledge of quality tools (FMEA, design of experiment, “QRCI”/problem solving skills)
6) Program management knowledge in particularly in matrix organization (external)
7) Ability to develop strong customer relationships at senior level
8) Good English
