岗位职责：
1. Full responsible for Quality Control of appointed supplier
2. Responsible for decreasing the Total Quality Cost caused by suppliers
3. Responsible for supplier qualification and supplier Process audits to guarantee it in accordance with Quality Control Plan
4. Review supplier quality performance by analyzing supplier quality data to find the potential quality risk, make sure the product quality meet AC requirement
5. Appraise supplier QA and QC system termly
6. Collect the supply parts defects in the factory and make the statistic analyze and report
7. Help supplier to deep dive the root cause analysis, work out and follow the corrective action in supplier side, build up the effective communication mechanism in terms of quality meeting to help the supplier to make the continuous improvement
8. Follow the quality agreement and warranty agreement with supplier
9. Participate new project implementation and drawing definition together with engineering department
10.Drive supplier to do technical review and manufacture feasibility study according AC drawing and Spec to detec risk and get it under control by working out critical character list and control plan
11.Drive supplier of critical components to reach ZDS (zero defect) requirement in continuous improvement
12.Responsible to quality coordinator between AC and supplier, which deal with conflict to meet AC requirements and target.


任职要求：
1. At least 5 years’ working experience in Quality Management area
2. Good knowledge in Foundry industry is preferred (at least 3 years' experience)
3. Be familiar with quality tools like SPC/MSA/Fishbone/5WHY….and supplier introduction procedure like APQP/PPAP
4.Good communication and cooperation with cross functional team for supplier quality management
5. Good command of English both oral and written, as well as computer skills (MS office)
6. University degree in Mechanical Engineering.
7. Open, Team player, Proactive, Could work under pressure, systematic thinking, good planning and executing capability
