Job Roles and Responsibilities: 1. Lead customer quality complaint handling 1.1 First contact with customer to get compaint information and share internally 1.2 Report problem sloving process to customer and follow till close 2. Summary of analysis and customer quality reporting 3. Lead PHA (parts handling analysis) at customer plant 4. Product & diagnose training for OEM and OES 5. Onsite trouble shooting at OEM and OES Position Requirement:
Role Requirement: 1.Bachelor or above in mechanical, engine or electrical. 2. 3 year work experience in customer quality or engineering of automotive industry. 3.Know how engine work. 4. know how to make engine trouble shooting. 5. know how to communicate with customer.
