MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: 80Maintains regular contact with OEMs. 80Ensure the long—term business continuity with current customers as well as develop new opportunities within different products/markets 80Participates in establishing product pricing and offers 80Assists in the preparation of sales plan including specific goals and potentials as well as action plans and strategies for each account 80Prepares special reports as required to support management 80Provides technical assistance where needed 80Track and ensure timely resolution of all customer commercial issues 80Interface with our plants to provide program management support as needed 80Other duties as assigned MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: 80Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience 80Experience:13 5+ years in automotive manufacturing companies (Tier or OEM). Mechanical components experience is preferred 80Skills: 84Ability to effectively interact with middle and high level OEM personnel on commercial and sourcing matters 84Negotiating and relationship management skills to get best overall value 84Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from cross-functional groups of managers, peers, or customers 84Very high level of interpersonal skills – comfortable with both technical and commercial customer interfaces 84Highly developed verbal and written communication skills 84Ability to be flexible in work schedule to enable interaction with Customer and internal global organization when required 84Ability to interpret and analyze cost data 84Technical understanding 84Strong computer & presentation skills (MS Office suite, high expertise in Excel and PowerPoint) 84High work ethic, results driven, self motivated, ability to positively influence, business minded
