Position Summary (岗位描述)
Responsible for the whole process management of failure analysis requirements, including but not limited to feasibility assessment, resource allocation, raw data review, report review, etc.
Responsible for the management of elements of the failure analysis laboratory, including but not limited to personnel, equipment, environment, samples, testing methods, etc.

负责失效分析实验室的要素管理，包括但不限于人员、设备、环境、样品、检测方法等.
负责失效分析需求的全流程管理，包括但不限于可行性评估、资源分配、原始数据评审、报告审核等.

Key Responsibility (主要职责)
Choose the correct analysis method and correctly review the test data and report to ensure that no deviation occurs.
Allocate and control resources reasonably to ensure that the requirements could be completed within the specified time.
Develop failure analysis specifications and operation instructions and update them if necessary.
Train operators, conduct assessment and certification, and retrain them if necessary.
Evaluate and buyoff new equipment and manage the entire life cycle of equipment including maintenance, calibration, and repair
Rights and responsibilities conferred by ISO17025.

培训操作人员，并进行考核及认证，并在必要的时候进行再培训，

Qualification (任职者要求)
1.大学本科及以上学历，半导体、电子、物理、化学等工科专业，bachelor’s degree or above, major in semiconductor, electronics, physics, chemistry, or other engineering.
2. 五年以上失效分析工作经验，at least 5 years’ experience in failure analysis.
3. 良好的英文书面及口语水平，能使用英文撰写邮件及工作报告，Good English level both written and oral, able to write emails and work reports in English is must.
4. 具有一定的项目管理和人员管理能力，with project and people management ability
