PERSONAL SPECIFICATIONS/个人能力描述 1.College degree or above. 大专及以上学历。 2.More than 3 years experience in material planning background. 3年以上物料计划经验。 3.Good command of English. Good communication and negotiation skills. 良好的英文听说读写能力。 良好的沟通能力,谈判技巧。 4.Good Office level, experience for ERP. Office 操作熟练, 有ERP操作经验者优先。 5.Be familiar with logistics procedure for import and export transactions. 熟悉进出口流程。
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES/任务和职责 1.This position works with sourcing and customer service to ensure that the right material can be received in right time to support the on-time fulfillment. 此岗位主要负责与供应商开发及客服同事紧密协作,根据客户订单能够按时交付物料。 2.Implement purchasing procedure (sign contract, delivery confirm etc.) depend on the relative purchasing request. 根据相关采购申请,生产计划需求,完成采购文件(合同签署,交货期确认等)。 3.Safety stock set-up and do ajustment in time according to dynamic customer demands. 安全库存的设定,并结合实际需求做出相应调整。 4.Monitor the material input to ensure the inventory level in proper level. Coordinate with supplier to balance the material supply & inventory replenishment. 负责保持物料库存在一个合理区间,经常与供货商协调关于供货量与库存事宜。 5.Work with cross function for any order expediting, with material pull-in, rescheduling and reallocation. 需要跨部门合作,对于客户的紧急需求及物料拉动,更新计划。 6.Input purchasing order in MOVEX according to production planning or requirement. 在MOVEX 确定的采购项目中输入采购订单。 7.Follow the confirmed orders; make sure the order will be on time delivery. 根据已核发的订单,进行后续的跟踪,以确保订单准时交付。 8.Be familiar with production procedure, quality equipment. 熟悉公司产品的生产流程,检验规范及相关物料需求。 9.Working with other departments such as quality, engineering, maintenance and plan to ensure that customer requirements are met. 与诸如质量、工程、客户、供应商等人员协作,确保满足客户需求。 10.Filing PR, PO, vendors information and related contracts/ certificates. 负责采购需求单,采购订单,供应商信息,合同等文件的归档。 11.Other tasks assigned by superior. 完成上级安排的其他工作。
